Payment
*Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, but we also accept payment by money order and check. Please note if you pay by check, we will hold shipping your purchase until your check has cleared.
*Your order is not processed until payment is received. Customer has 7 days to send payment. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be re-listed (custom garments excluded).
*Work on custom orders is not begun until a down payment of 50% of the total cost is received. Garment will not be shipped until the remainder of the cost is received. If customer prefers, 100% of the total can be sent before the garment is started.
Shipping
* All orders ship from Brooklyn, New York 11238.
* All domestic orders ship via UPS (ground, 2nd day, or next day).
* Once shipped, a shipment confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you.
* International orders ship via United Postal Service - International Priority
* Ready to ship items will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed. Please allow up to 72 hours for international orders to ship. Made to order items will be subject to applicable turnaround times as indicated on that individual product's page. If your order is shipping domestically and includes ready to ship items and made to order items, we will typically try to ship the ready to wear items immediately (will be determined on a case by case basis, additional charges may or may not apply). If shipping internationally, our policy is to hold all items until the complete order is ready. You can contact us to coordinate multiple international shipments, additional charges will apply.
* If you would like your order shipped to multiple locations, additional shipping charges will apply.
* PO Box shipments are allowed. We will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for us to process and ship PO box orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
* Returns and exchanges are allowed
* The returned item must be received (or postmarked) within 14 days of the delivery of your order in order for your return or exchange to be accepted.
* All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
* Your return must include your invoice or an equivalent proof of original purchase and you must specify whether you are returning for a refund or an exchange. If you are returning for an exchange, please specify the item that you wish to exchange for. You will be contacted to confirm availability and an estimate of shipping date.
* You will not be refunded the price that you paid for shipping to ship your original item.
* If you return an item for a refund, you will be refunded the total purchase price less the shipping charge.
* If you return an item for an exchange, you will be credited the total purchase price less the shipping towards a different item.
* If shipping domestically, we will ship your exchanged item at no additional charge via UPS Ground. If shipping internationally, additional shipping will be required to process your exchange. Please contact us to process this additional charge.
