Do not buy from this shop, seller informed 10 days after purchase, that the item was not available as advertised and they could only provide me with an artificial diamond. Seller ignored my request for a refund for 3 weeks. It wasn’t until after my latest possible delivery date that Etsy was able to step in and refund me. So I was down almost 6k for a month for an item that never arrived. No apology or other information ever received.

Absolutely horrible experience, I would steer clear of ordering anything from this store. As soon as I opened the box I could tell something was off and drove straight to a jeweler to get a second set of eyes on it. The color and clarity were WAY off from what I ordered which made me seriously question everything else about the ring and there was a visible (to the naked eye) chip on one edge of the diamond. It took 2.5 months from when I initiated the process of getting a refund to finally get my money back. The seller did not communicate well that they were having issues processing the refund to the point where I had to get etsy involved and they ended up being almost zero help as well. Overall complete nightmare of a transaction and I hope this review saves someone else the headache I went through.

Had a great experience! They were able to make the adjustments I was looking for and for a very reasonable price. Ring arrived in stunning condition. Complete with a gemologist’s certification with the grading of my center stone and surrounding diamonds. Mount and band are sturdy even though I chose a thin and delicate design. Would buy for them again, for sure. Maybe when I need to upgrade 😉 Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Just an awesome experience. I was super nervous about the whole process and Jenny and her team put me at ease. They went above and beyond to work though a unique situation with our shipping and also did a free re-size of the ring after our engagement. Most importantly the ring is simply beautiful and my fiancé loves to show it off. I catch her looking at it throughout the day. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend more for such an important and pricey purchase.
