Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
100% refund of purchase price. Buyer must pay all freight fee both outbound and inbound on any returns. All Items are sold with terms of FOB Origin: Hamden CT. All claims for damage or shortage must be made to the freight carrier.
Shipping
Some these Item are big and some rather heavy. They will not ship USPS , they must ship via a motor carrier or via UPS, FedEx. Please inquire for freight quotes and packaging fees. Indicate the freight services you will need. Trucking companies charge additional fees for residential delivery, lift gate delivery and inside delivery. Let us know so we can quote you for the services you may need.

Terms of sale are FOB Origin: Hamden CT. All claims for damage or shortages must me made with the freight carrier. Note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt. Any concealed damage discovered after unpacking your shipment must be reported to the carrier immediately. Save all packing materials and photos for your damage claim. The carrier will inspect the shipment for the damage.
