Update. I have been refunded. I do like/love all the products I’ve tried. This is a great store. Owner is doing some research and I’m sorry to write a negative review. I get emotional at times. Let’s just say I’m satisfied about the refund. I hope the product get squared away. I will buy again. This batch was a bust. I bought 2 cause they sell out. Very disappointed in an item I loved and have purchased many times in the last 4-5 years. Looking forward to the fix. Thx.

I am a huuuuge fan of Fran/Brown Butterfly products. The lip balms, particularly the rose-petal, are the best I’ve ever used. I keep them in my purse, car, work, travel bag. My most recent purchase Aphrodite roll-on, is my new favorite scent. I love giving BB products as gifts. They are always well-received.
