I am out of town and unable to ship any orders until Sunday, February 26, 2017. I will, however, ship all the orders that come in between now and then on that date. Thank you so much for your understanding while I'm off at a teaching gig.

-------------------------------------------

I've just got in some slightly heavier weight sock yarns that I suspect you will all like. They're in the "Heavier Sock Yarn" section. They are slightly heavier than fingering-weight sock yarns, but not so much so as to dramatically alter your sock knitting. I think those of you that like a slightly heavier yarn will really like them.

I always carry both the Peruvian Alpaca/Merino/Acrylic single-ply sock yarns in 50-gram balls AND the German Angora Acrylic in lots of colors. Check it out and let me know what you think. As always, there are plenty of "guy colors" available. I also carry a line of dyeables from the UK in interesting and luxurious fibers.

Don't miss the soft, warm, durable, and wool-free Angora/Acrylic yarns in the German Angora section and all the beautiful dyeables from the UK. I'll even dye them for you--just let me know.

Alongside the German and Peruvian yarns, I've got sock and lace-weight knitting yarns from Great Britain and the U.S. including Merino and Merino blends, Silks, Cashmere, BFL, and two Irish "Tweeds" are all in stock at reasonable prices and for immediate shipping. Prices on skeins and cones over 400 grams reflect a 10% volume discount so don't wait! As always, if you see anything on a cone that you'd like a smaller quantity of, just ask! I'm happy to wind off smaller amounts if it will suit your purpose.

Thanks for stopping by!!

-Eric.

This store is a natural out-cropping of my intense love for natural fibers, spinning, and knitting, and the fact that I've got a good friend in New Zealand who just happens to own her own fiber mill. I'm really excited about our partnership and bringing the very best of New Zealand's fiber to knitters and spinners worldwide.

Payment
PayPal is my favorite method of payment, but I'll accept checks and money orders, as well. The catch on non-PayPal payments is that, unless I know you well, I have to hold the order until my banker and I are both comfortable that your check has cleared your bank. That could be a while, depending on where you are and where you bank.

I charge sales taxes on all sales to residents of Michigan (USA).

If you decide you want to cancel your order (and I haven't shipped it yet), just let me know. I like to be as flexible as I can with peoples' changing situations.
Shipping
I ship worldwide, no problem. I do not charge a handling or packaging fee of any kind and I want it noted that I don't even charge the full postage costs for what I ship. I'm happy to share part of that cost with people whenever I can. After all, it's not *your* fault that we might live thousands of miles apart from one another, right??
Refunds and Exchanges
I've never had anyone ask for a return or a refund so I don't have a set policy on it. I always treat people the way I would want to be treated, though, so if you've got an issue with one of my products, let me know and let's see if we can work something out. Worst case? You get I'll gladly take back whatever you haven't used for its full value. How easy is that??
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome special requests and I'm happy to quote bulk pricing on wholesale orders. A word of caution, though--like I don't charge the full cost of postage when I ship, I also don't mark up my products very much, so I can't afford to give very much of a discount on bulk orders, but I'll sure try to accommodate if you want to buy in bulk.
