Welcome to my Etsy page. I am a working photographer and artist located in the beautiful Napa Valley, California. My handcrafted jewelry contains images that are distinctive and arresting. The aged and distressed copper plate has a photographic image printed using silver halide in a darkroom. Each piece of jewelry is unique due to the nature of the artistic process. In some cases the copper may age up to six month to patina to the desired look before adding the imagery.

The medallion is 14 gauge copper plate. The necklace is 18" stainless steal cord with sterling silver clasps. The surface is sealed with an archival resin to protect the image.

This jewelry line is based on my fine art series Paradoxon / CU29. The images in the series range in size from 8" x 10" to 30" x 40" mural prints. The jewelry is produced in the same fashion as the full sized prints just in a much smaller size. The full size images have been acquired by the Crocker Art Museum for their permanent collection in Sacramento California, the di Rosa Preserve: Art & Nature Napa Valley, California and numerous other private collections.

Thank you for your interest in my work.

Additional policies and FAQs
Do not bath or shower with jewelry. Minimize your jewelry's contact to chemicals (lotion, hairspray, bleach, perfume, etc) to best maintain it. To clean the jewelry, wipe with clean dry soft cloth. The copper jewelry edges and back will naturally darken over time as they form the patina. The surface is sealed with an archival resin to protect the image and will not typically change or continue to patina due to the archive resin sealant. To store your jewelry, wrap clean, dry jewelry in a dry, soft cloth and keep items separate to prevent tangling and scratching.
