We accept PayPal, credit cards, ApplePay, and Etsy gift cards as payment. (See above for others.)
Shipping
Shipping and processing times can vary by order, but for regular listings, see the shipping time within that particular listing. If any shipping date changes, I will do my best to notify you personally.

Many (but not all) of my frames are made-to-order and can take up to 2-3 weeks to finish, due to multiple coats of paint or varnish and long drying times. I try to update my customers on the status of their orders as best I can.

For all custom orders, I will give you an estimated shipping date when I create your listing, and will do my best to notify you of any changes.

If you are unsure of the shipping date for your order, please don't hesitate to ask.


I use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for all shipping. All packages should be delivered within 2-3 days after leaving my shop (Continental US). The Postal Service automatically insures all Priority Mail up to $50 in value. Any order over that value can also be insured by Convo-ing me before the order ships out.

I use recycled shipping and packaging materials whenever possible to cut down on waste and conserve energy and resources, and also to keep costs as low as possible for my customers.

When packaging orders, I take extreme care to carefully wrap and protect my frames from damage while in transit. If you receive an order that's been damaged during shipping, please do the following:
1. Take photos of the damage (including packaging).
2. Keep all packaging materials (don't throw anything away).
3. Notify me as soon as possible.

For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact me before ordering.
