You should receive a “View your files” link after purchasing the order which will lead you to a “Downloads” page. This page will contain the available files you ordered. If you do not see the link, please continue to your account by clicking on “You”. Then continue to “Purchases and reviews” and your order should appear. Proceed to click on “Download Files” and download your desired file(s).

No, you will only receive the instant download files listed in the description of the print. Nothing will be shipped to you.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of instant downloads, I cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Despite that, if you are unhappy with your order please feel free to reach out so we can make sure you are satisfied with your order. I would hate to have my customers disappointed with their purchases.

These digital files are for personal use. This means you can print them as many times as you like! Please DO NOT share the files with anyone else. No commercial reproduction is allowed. This means you cannot sell, modify and sell, or giveaway any files.

After downloading and saving the file(s) you wish to print, you can choose to print at home or use a printing service. Some printing services are available at Staples and FedEx (for U.S. and Canada customers). You can also choose to use online printing services such as Shutterfly.com.

I would recommend using matte paper for printing black and white art. For more colorful prints, I recommend printing on glossy paper. Glossy paper reflects light better, which makes the colors really pop, creating beautiful prints.
