5 out of 5 starsThese "Wide Mouth Jar Fermentation Cap / Covers" were exactly what I needed for my sour dough starter. I had tried the glass jar lid and a cork lid, however, the starter just wasn't kicking off. The first day I used these covers made a huge difference--there was noticeable bubble activity and it has continued. Great design and excellent craftsmanship. Nicely secured package for mailing and timely shipping. Thank you!
