Returns and exchanges

Bubbo Designs exists because of its customers. If something is not up to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately to work out the details.

Payment

Orders paid via Paypal must be submitted in full within 48 hours of purchasing. Orders not paid for within this time (with no communication) will be canceled. In an effort to expedite the process of paying and fulfilling orders Bubbo Designs accepts only PayPal.

Shipping

In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours and you will receive an email the day your item(s) are shipped. Shipping on custom orders will be determined on a per-order basis

We ship USPS standard parcel post. Priority shipping is available for an extra charge.

We frequently use recycled materials for shipping.

All of my work is done in a smoke-free environment, but dog-friendly environment. While all efforts are made to keep the dogs and the products away from each other, I cannot and do not make a 100% guarantee of this.
