Announcement
Buckeye Star Alpacas is a small herd farm in northern Ohio which focuses on gently raising alpacas for their super soft fleece, gentle temperament and excellent configuration. We produce beautiful yarns, rovings and raw fleeces for knitters, crocheters, weavers, felters, dyers and other fiber artists. We also offer classes in knitting, hand dyeing, and basketweaving. Our fibers are all grown and processed in Ohio.
We also carry hand crafted country wood furnishings and home accessories that are built right here on the farm in our large workshop. If you don't see exactly what you want on-line please contact us because we carry many more variations in our farm store.

5 out of 5 starsThis yarn is very soft and true black. It arrived quickly. I'm finishing up another project before I start my next one using this yarn. I'm very happy with it so far. I hope there will be more available in this black at some point!
