Hello and Welcome to Buckley Boutique!

I am a stay at home mom of 4 who has found a love of sewing in my spare time! Which means during naptime and after bedtime. :)

If you would like something special created that I do not have listed, please convo me! I LOVE making new things!

Payment
I prefer Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal for payment.

All items are custom made. Standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. This time may increase prior to halloween and winter holidays, due to a major increase in the amount of orders.

I can do rush orders, but you must convo me prior to making a purchase, and I will make you a custom listing with my $10 rush fee, and additional rush shipping price if applicable.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS. If you would like shipping upgrades (such as confirmation, expedited shipping, etc), please include the request in a note to seller. I will then convo you with the shipping amount, and you will receive a separate invoice for the added amount. This amount must be paid within 48 hours, or your item will ship first class without the upgrade.

US SHIPPING DETAILS: Please allow seven to ten days business days for all shipments. (Saturday is not considered a business day). All orders come with tracking information.

FOR ORDERS OVER $40: I recommend purchasing shipping insurance. I will send an invoice through PayPal for the added amount (between $1.75 and $3.00). You have the right to refuse purchase of insurance, however by doing so you absolve Buckley Boutique of responsibility for lost packages.

CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipments are sent international mail via USPS. International orders can arrive as quickly as 10 business days, but have taken as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Please allow up to six weeks for your package to arrive. First class international shipment DOES NOT come with tracking information.
I recommend purchasing shipping insurance. I will send an invoice through PayPal for the added amount. You have the right to refuse purchase of insurance, however by doing so you absolve Buckley Boutique of responsibility for lost packages.
Please be aware of an VATs, tarrifs and any taxes charged by your country for packages received. These are your responsibility. Also, it is illegal to falsify customs documents (i.e. mark as gift, lower price, etc.) Please don't ask.

I use only your Etsy shipping address. If it is not updated and package is returned, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred to re-send your package.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not work for, nor am I affiliated in any way with the United States Postal Service. If your item does not reach you in the timeframe mentioned above, I have absolutely no better way to find it than you do. If you see that your package HAS moved past the original destination (postal code 19124), then you know it was shipped by me and I will NO LONGER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. Please use the tracking number provided and call 1-800-ASK-USPS to speak to someone about your missing package, file claims, etc, as I will not be able to do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. However, all items are CUSTOM ORDERS. Due to the unique nature of each handmade item, I do not accept returns, but please convo me if there is any problem with your order and give me a chance to make it right for you!
Additional policies and FAQs
Child and baby items may have parts (ie: rhinestones, buttons, fringe, or beads) that can be a choking or other hazard. Also, the tulle used in this shop IS NOT flame resistant. Adult supervision is required at all times when any item in this shop is being used by a child.

Items may have slight variations in color, shape, size and/or dimension, but that's part of the charm of buying handmade!
