Bucum's Shop Policies
Thank you for visiting our shop! Bucum's goal is to provide unique, well-made handcrafted accessories for girls and guys! Check back often for new arrivals!
Payments may be made either with a credit card through the Bucum shop or through PayPal. We do not accept any other methods of payment.
Please note we are required to apply a 7.50% tax to all orders from within the state of California.
If you are interested in us holding item(s) for you, we will be happy to do so for 24 hours.
In the event you would like us to hold item(s) for you longer than 24 hours, we will do so up until 7 days from the reservation request for a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the item(s) purchase price. Upon receipt of your payment, we will deactivate the listing(s) and repost the item(s) when you are ready to purchase through the Bucum shop. Prior to the expiration of your reservation, we will send you a courtesy reminder to complete your purchase. If, however, the item(s) are not purchased for the remaining balance during the 7 day period, your reservation will be cancelled, and the item(s) will be reposted for sale on the Bucum shop.
*Please note reservations are only necessary for our more labor intensive ready-to-ship items. Many of our items are crafted to order and can be completed within our estimated shipping time! Thank you!
Shipping will be done through First Class Mail. If you require expedited shipping, contact us with the method of shipment you require. We'd be more than happy to accommodate you! Additional shipping fees will apply.
If the item is in-stock, we will send the items to you within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment.
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMIZED ORDERS***
If you are creating a customized item (a color, style, and/or size combination not physically displayed in the Bucum shop), please be sure to check your Etsy account and/or related email address within 24 hours, either for confirmation and estimated shipping time or any questions we may have before crafting your order. Failure to do so will greatly affect creation and delivery of your item as well as our customer service rating, so your cooperation is much appreciated!
A tracking number and delivery confirmation are included with all domestic and Canadian orders. A direct link to the USPS website will provide you with the most current information about your order. As a Bucum customer, please use this information responsibly to keep updated on your order's delivery status. If you do not receive your package in the estimated delivery time, please contact us promptly for more information or the USPS directly with your tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for delayed items on the part of the USPS and will do our best to accommodate you if there are any problems with shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are 100% committed to providing you with well-made products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item in its original and unused condition within 7 days for exchange or refund*.
Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges will not be granted for damaged or used items.
*Shipping fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.
