Welcome to Budgie Coffee Co –
We here, at BCC are very dedicated to crafting and providing excellent customer service. What originally started as a hobby, quickly turned into a small business. Our hopes and dreams are to expand and continue to craft items we love and share with everyone else. Though we are still in the fledgling stage of running our Etsy store, we are more than humbled by the support everyone has shown.
we try very hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, the turnaround time on the shipment is usually 2-5 days. I will be sure to notify you if there are any unexpected delays in shipping. Any order placed on the weekend or a Holiday will be shipped out the following business day.
All packages are shipped with eco-friendly, plant-based packing peanuts. At times the packing peanuts may give off a mild odor (think roasted corn or Cheetos, lol). we guarantee that we are a smoke-free home. The coffee cups are safely packaged in a mini box to prevent breaking during shipment.
