EASELS
We accept returns or exchanges on unused Floor and Table easels within 30 days of delivery
FRAMES
All Frames are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned once shipped. If your frame has sustained damage during the shipping process please send us your photos within 1 week of delivery.

Customized items cannot be returned once they have been printed

EASEL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on our standard colors and natural wood easels purchased within 30 days. Custom color and custom glitter orders are non-refundable once we begin production. Please message us here on Etsy or email us directly at BuffyWeddings@gmail.com for return shipping information. We cannot offer free return shipping labels unless there is a mistake with your order. We may charge a repainting fee if your easel has been damaged while being assembled and cannot be resold without painting. We do not accept returns for used easels.
