Payment must be received before items will be shipped. If you pay by eCheck through PayPal, your order will not ship until your eCheck has cleared.

If you are ordering a personalized or custom item, please keep in mind that I can not start working on your order until I receive cleared payment and all customization information. If payment and/or customization information is delayed, please allow additional time to receive your personalized/custom item.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me immediately. Once your ready to ship items have shipped or I have started working on your custom/personalized items, no cancellations will be accepted.

My items are shipped through the United States Postal Service by First Class Mail (delivery time vary) and/or Priority Mail (2-3 business day delivery) depending upon the shipping methods outlined in the individual item's listing. I can not be responsible for loss or damage once items have been shipped. If you are interested in purchasing insurance on your order please contact me prior to purchase.

If you are interested in purchasing shipping insurance for your order, please contact me prior to purchase so that I can set up a listing for you which includes the shipping insurance cost.

If you are an international customer and are interested in purchasing from me, please contact me prior to purchase so that I can quote you shipping and handling costs. International customers are responsible for payment of any and all taxes/fees assessed by your country.

As a lot of my items are custom made, no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless an error was made on my part in creating and personalizing the item. Please be sure to double check the customization information you provide to me to make sure it is correct.
