My textiles and jewelry attempt to mimic the colors, textures and rustic simplicity found in nature, and to celebrate the individual beauty of slightly imperfect objects. It is these variations that make my items unique as you are. I strive to create jewelry and fabrics that express both my Asian heritage as well as my modern design sensibility, so that the wearer would feel as though they had owned their pieces for a long time, and yet the same time, own something that is wearable and suitable for everyday as well as special occasions.

News about new products, upcoming craft market sales, and my processes can be detailed on my blog, www.bumperharvest.wordpress.com.

I'm a proud member of the Toronto Etsy Street Team! http://www.etsy.com/teams/6790/test-toronto-etsy-street-team

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Please take the time to carefully read through these policies before purchasing.

If you're unsatisfied with your item for any reason, I can offer a full refund to you if you contact me within two weeks of receiving your item.

Refunds will be made after the satisfactory return of the item. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, and must be returned in its original packaging.

As well, shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the item(s) that is being returned.

After two weeks (which is quite a generous amount of time compared to most vendors!) there will no returns, but items may be exchanged for store credit within 10 days. This means no money back, instead you'll be issued a credit to use on any other of our items .

Items lost in the mail due to postal negligence or the wrong shipping address on your account should be taken up with you local post office

There are no refunds on custom pieces, but I can offer store credit or to modify your piece, within reason. You will be responsible for return shipping.

If you item breaks within two weeks of purchase, I can offer a full refund, exchange, or repair of item. Again, the customer is responsible for return shipping. After that two weeks, I can still offer to repair the item, only you will be responsible for return shipping. There will be no additional charge to repair the item, but only if I can ascertain that the breakage was due to workmanship and not to natural wear and tear of the item, i.e. fraying of fabric or ribbons after many repeated wears, as opposed to a headpin snapping off. In some special cases I may decide to replace the item completely.
I accept mail order cheques, credit cards, Paypal. I prefer payment via Paypal. If you would like to purchase an item with your credit card, Paypal will process your order without you having to open an account with them.

Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase. After this, your item will be relisted. If you know that your payment will be delayed please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

If you wish to cancel your purchase at any time, that is completely acceptable. We are all subject to impulse buys.
All items will be shipped through Canada Post via regular surface mail, and be tracked with a tracking code which will be emailed to the purchaser. Items should arrive within 5-7 business days, although proximity to Toronto can be a determining factor in shipping times. If you are a resident of Toronto, please contact me as I can arrange to meet you and you may save on shipping fees.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please contact me regarding wholesale inquiries.

Prices and policies are subject to change anytime! I am a new seller and am learning as I go.

There may be slight variations on your item from the pictures listed, due to the variations in dyeing fabric and in the beads themselves.

Thank you for taking the time to read these policies through!
