silken grey to white pearls with soothing amethyst, all cool and neutral-then- a scintillating burst of spiky light from the quartz and amethyst crystals just under the first two pearls- a class act!

So many new earrings! I love making ear wires by hand!

About

I make jewelry inspired by words and stories.

I started jewelry-making as a hobby in 2008. From the very first pieces I created, I've drawn inspiration from the first great love of my life: books and stories. I have been a voracious reader since childhood, and whenever I turn a new page, I find new inspiration and ideas.

Everything I create comes with a name. Sometimes a name is just a word I feel that the piece evokes. Sometimes the name is linked to my inspiration. Sometimes a name is a tiny story in itself. Each name is a title of the story I hope that you will go on to tell! I love hearing about the journeys and adventures of Bunique jewelry out in the world, so please contact me at any time to tell me your tales!

My name is Gretchen, and I've been making jewelry as a hobby since October of 2008. I've always been a voracious reader and a lover of words and books, so most of my inspiration comes from stories both read and told.
