U. S. DESTINATIONS:
Most books are shipped by USPS Media Mail. Other items are always shipped PRIORITY because of the included tracking and insurance.
A. BEFORE you commit to a purchase, DO contact me if you are considering a purchase from Bunnys Luck. Since USPS rates have changed, it is important to research the correct costs of Shipping and Handling to each destination.
B. Per U.S. and international government regulations, I cannot mark purchases as gifts and must declare the actual value. Falsifying customs forms is illegal and can result in your package being confiscated, fines levied and/or other penalties.
C. Also, please check your country's regulations regarding customs fees before ordering. You don't want your purchase delayed in customs because of fees! This is YOUR responsibility to research this.
D. Please also provide me with a phone number as i will need to provide that information on the on-line customs forms. If I am able to complete shipping on-line, this will save you a little money as well.
E. I WILL insure anything going abroad with a value over $20 U. S. D. Again, please contact me BEFORE purchasing so I can determine that amount.
BOOKS and MAGAZINES: Within the U. S., books are sent via Media Mail. Contact me if you need insurance as well. International customers, including Canada: items are send via first class mail.
INSURANCE FOR FRAGILE AND/OR EXPENSIVE ITEMS: All fragile and/or expensive items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. This policy applies also to any purchase over $20.00 and may or may not include priority mail. I.E., bulk pattern totaling more than $25 may be shipped via Parcel Post and be insured. Purchases will be insured for full value EXCLUDING the shipping fees.
Shipping is usually completed withing 1-3 working days after the Pay Pal confirmation. I will let you know when all that happens. You will also receive an email when shipping is completed.

Refunds and Exchanges
Every effort has been made to accurately describe the condition of this item. If you have any questions or concerns, please do contact me! I love to hear from customers!
****All postage overages more than $1 will be refunded via Paypal to your account.
No refunds or returns on vintage items. However, sometimes I may miss a significant flaw or condition issue in my description. If that is the case, please do contact me so we can work out a solution. I want my customers to be happy with their purchases!
IF a vintage item doesn't make it to you in one piece, insurance will take care of that. Remember, I will require insurance on items costing more than $25. Insurance is factored into the cost of shipping.
I will always do my best to ensure your purchase arrives undamaged. However, I cannot control how a package is handled once it leaves my hands. If your purchase arrives with damage that is the result of shipping, I will certainly file a claim on your behalf. This takes time to get results. The USPS may require photographs of the box, packaging and the damaged item. Be prepared to provide those. If this does not work for you, I will require that the item be returned to me at your expense, before I can issue a full refund of the purchase price and the original shipping costs.
CLOTHING - Vintage or new:
Refundable IF returned in the condition it was sent and returned in original packaging. Please note the measurements given on the item's description. Make sure to carefully measure yourself before purchasing. Some skirts are designed to sit just below your waist, so take that into consideration.
Please notify me via email within 4 working days of receiving an article of clothing if you are unhappy with it.
Please return the item after confirmation from me within another 3 business days. Please send in original packing and in the same way it was sent to you. I.E. if it was sent to you priority mail with a full value insurance, please return it that way. You will pay all return expenses. Refunds will be through Pay Pal after receipt of the item and will not include the costs of shipping.

I LOVE feedback. Etsy buyers are very kind to take the time to give that all important feedback. And since I am a worrywart, it helps me know a package has arrived safe and sound. When I know it's arrived at its destination, I will send my own feedback regarding the purchase. Buyers like to get feedback too, ya know!
Packaging: Your items will be appropriately and carefully shipped. Some items, like sequin appliques will be in plastic bags and then wrapped in tissue. Other items will be similarly packed. Sewing patterns usually require no special handling.

ALL ITEMS ARE STORED WITH CARE IN A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INDICATED. HOWEVER,
A.) I do own a cat. If this is of particular concern to you, please be aware that I cannot guarantee your item is 100% free of allergens, although care has been taken to ensure that Kitty is no where near where it is stored.
B.) Some items had a previous life in someone else's home. Used or unused, I have no idea of the conditions in which it was stored. There may have been smokers, pets, or fairy dust present. I have "aired out" and inspected any item to the best of my ability, but there still may be some residual "fairy dust"present.
C.) My cat, Mr. Bill, insists on supervising me 24/7. Although I brush him regularly, an errant kitty hair may find its way to you in packaging. My apologies. And feel free to keep that bit of fur as a thank you gift! :O)
Please note: in spite of what bureaucrats may tell you, policies are not chiseled in granite. They are more likely written in pencil. Therefore, these policies can change at any time. However, the policies in place on the day you make your purchase will be the policies I adhere to for you. But it still might be a good idea to check them out on the day you make your purchase.
And just like "the big guys", purchase of any item from me assumes that you have read these policies and agree to them.
