Disappointed in the craftsmanship of the wording. It is a gift or I would be returning it. For this price I was expecting screenprinting not poorly done silver sharpie

As an interior designer, I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with a variety of great people and projects that have inspired me to create home accents and pillows that anyone can enjoy. I hope you have as much fun looking through my shop as I have had creating it.

PayPal and Credit Card
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards. All orders must be paid for in advance and have processed before any item is shipped. PayPal allows the convenience of an automatic receipt upon payment and quick settlement of your bill which allows me to be able to process your order equally as fast.
Once you purchase a custom item, it cannot be cancelled.
If an item is placed on hold for you because you are waiting for fabric samples, you have 2 days to purchase the item after you receive the samples. If you do not purchase the item within this time frame, the item will be taken off hold. You do not have to purchase the item to request fabric samples, just convo or email me with the item number and your shipping address. Then, if the item is a one-of-a-kind item I will place the item on hold for you.
At this time I am only accepting domestic orders in the United States.
General processing time for orders is 2-5 business days (depending on if it is an in-stock item, a cutom item, or a handpainted item) plus shipping time (which depends on where you live.) Shipments that are sent via USPS service take 2-11 business days within the United States. If the package is not sent via USPS it will be sent via FedEx or UPS. I will send you a tracking number when the item has shipped.
All items are packaged carefully to ensure the safest delivery possible to you. However, once a package is shipped, I can't control how it is handled, so please know that I cannot be held responsible for any damage the mailing system may cause.
If you live in Ashley County, AR, or Ouachita Parish, LA please email or convo me before purchase. I possibly can deliver the package instead of shipping. To save on the shipping fee, you have to let me know before purchase!
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer swatches of the fabrics for your judgment before purchasing, so I cannot guarantee pattern appearance or variations in color if you haven’t ordered a swatch.
Pictures of the layouts of custom items are available before purchase.
When it comes to packaging and shipping I take the utmost care to ensure that your items arrive safely. Every item will be carefully inspected for possible material defects prior to shipping. No defective items will be shipped; any other discrepancy in appearance will be due to its handmade nature.
Since so much precaution is taken before you item actually ships, I unfortunately do not take returns.
However, I understand that sometimes weird things happen, so I am always open to taking situations on a case by case basis. Please bring any concerns to my attention within 3 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is important to me.
Items will only be accepted for return, at my discretion. Returns will only be accepted if I am contacted within 3 days of delivery.
