Announcement    Our workshop will be open for a few weeks as we still have wood to make some boxes remaining. Other than that news we are basically fully retired :). I will continue to upload boxes we have in progress or already completed. Any boxes with inlays are all listed, no more available. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!!!! Over 30 years of making boxes has come to an end!
We are not accepting custom orders. Also we are now out of Redwood Burl. We are not purchasing any more. We will NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS ON BOXES PURCHASED AFTER 04/30/2022.

Welcome to our Etsy Shop ! Our boxes are band saw boxes, that means they are cut from a single, solid block of wood. We use walnut, cherry and mahogany for our base woods. The boxes are embellished with slices, not veneers, of burls or other highly figured woods. Our boxes have a hand-rubbed tung oil finish and are completely lined.

We, Al and I, have been making our modified band saws boxes since 1989. We have won numerous awards for our boxes as they are not your typical band saw boxes. A very high degree of skill is required for all the various levels in our larger jewelry boxes.

Should an item disappear from our Etsy Shop without being sold it means that it sold on the website or from our workshop.
