Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us.
Should a refund be approved:
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
-We do not, under any circumstance, issue a refund until the item has been returned to us
-Refunds will be issued for the item price only
-Item must be returned the condition it was sent or no refund will be issued
-The USPS considers an item as late after 30 days of no delivery. We can issue a refund after this window has passed
If your order has arrived broken, we may ask that you ship it back to us. We will provide a pre-paid label. If we are able to, we repurpose these items or fix the damage & donate it to local charities or families in our community.
When will my order ship?
All orders will ship before or on your "schedule to ship by date." This date can be found on your receipt. If this date has passed, please reach out to us via Etsy.
