Ho iniziato a dedicarmi al taglio laser come hobby, e quando ho perso il lavoro (outsourcing, yay!) si è trasformato in più di un semplice hobby.

Dopo il mio matrimonio, avevo un sacco di candele di tè senza fiamma rimaste che erano semplicemente sedute in giro senza abituarsi. Ad un certo punto ho avuto l'idea di realizzare portacandele che si sedessero sopra le piccole luci, permettendo a tutta la luce di brillare dai lati.

All'inizio avevano solo semplici schemi su di loro, ma poiché sono un nerd gigante non è passato molto tempo prima che fossero a tema Star Wars. E poi le idee continuavano ad arrivare!

Mentre realizzo le scatole luminose, ho un sacco di materiali di scarto rimasti e odio buttarlo via. Ho iniziato a fare gioielli con i pezzi di scarto, quindi ci sono meno sprechi! E perché amo il glitter... Sì, la maggior parte è molto scintillante.

I started to get into laser cutting as a hobby, and when I lost my job (outsourcing, yay!) it turned into more than just a hobby.

After my wedding, I had a lot of leftover flameless tea light candles that were just sitting around not getting used. At some point I had the idea to make candle holders that would sit on top of the little lights, allowing all the light to shine out of the sides.

At first they just had simple patterns on them, but because I'm a giant nerd it wasn't long before they were Star Wars themed. And then the ideas just kept coming!

While making the light boxes, I have a lot of scrap materials left over and I hate throwing it away. I started to make jewelry with the scrap pieces, so there's less waste! And because I love glitter... yeah most of it is very sparkly.
