Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders:
Feel free to reach out if you have a particular piece in mind and we can discuss details. I do request payment upon the start of your project and am currently taking on custom work with a 2-5 week timeframe for completion.

Cancellation Policy:
If you change your mind, and I have not yet shipped the item, I will accept a cancellation request via Etsy conversation. If I have already shipped the item, please see the "Return/Exchange/Refund Policy". To contact me, click on the "contact shop owner" button on the home page. I do not accept cancellations for custom or made to order items.

For EU residents: Please know that you have a 14 day window to issue a return, the return shipping cost is on your end. This is in order to comply with EU shipping regulations. Please reach out if you decide to start a return and I can assist you.

Food Safe:
My pieces are fired over 2,000 degrees in a kiln. By firing to such high temperatures the pieces become vitrified, making them food safe even if unglazed.

My designs are my intellectual property, do not copy.

Will you make anymore of ---?
Most likely there will be similar designs or items, but all items are one-of-a-kind and I cannot guarantee I will have these items restocked in future.

Hanging Artwork:
If there is not a wire or pocket on your piece I recommend looking into these two solutions that have worked for me and other artists. I do not provide or sell these items.
FLATIRONS DISC COMPANY-Plate Hangers, please read weight and size restrictions, these are adhesive.
OOK plate hangers, these are easy to use and have worked well for me at home.

Additional shipping information:
Combined Shipping: I offer combined shipping for orders with multiple items and refund overpaid shipping. Overpaid shipping will be refunded when your items are shipped.
Customs and International Shipping: You are responsible for any additional fees incurred with international shipping and customs.
