Welcome to Burpie Bibs Boutique...

Thank you so much for visiting our little Etsy Shop! We've come a long way since we "opened our doors" in the summer of 2012! Every year has been a whirlwind, and we're so excited to continue offering fun, high-quality products to all of you. We've also recently added a second Etsy shop, ESMasks. While our boutique focuses more on sewn home items and gifts, ESMasks features all of our handmade face masks.

Returns and exchange details
Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not provide refunds for ANY reason including: providing incorrect sizes, not reading the measurements provided, not reading our turnaround time, providing an incorrect address, not specifying proper fabric choice, not being happy with fabric placement, or simply deciding you do not want the item anymore.

If there is a problem with your item, you must notify us within 48 hours and include a picture of the problem. If we determine there is a defect with the item, we will provide a replacement but we will not issue a refund.
Payment
We accept Paypal and major credit cards through direct checkout. Our turnaround time starts when we have received your payment. We do not cancel custom orders for any reason after 48 hours have passed as work has already begun designing your custom item.
Shipping
All items ship the cheapest option possible through the USPS, whether it be first class mail with tracking, priority, or standard. The tracking number will be provided to you via email when the item ships. If shipping is overcharged a refund for the difference will automatically be issued to you after the item ships.

Orders are shipped to the address provided through ETSY during check out. Please make sure this address is correct.

We are happy to ship internationally, however these items can not be tracked and we are not responsible for lost packages.

Once items ship I am no longer responsible for them. We can add insurance to your packages for an additional fee if you contact us before ordering.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items are custom made and no two items are exactly the same. There may be slight differences between your item and the item as pictured. Fabric placement WILL vary depending on the cut of fabric and the design size.

Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or U-Pic Shipping Insurance, for example). I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 2 calendar years.

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
