I do not issue refunds on any orders unless there is an error on my part.

If an item is received damaged due to the post office please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and provide a picture of the damage in its original packaging and a replacement will be sent if available otherwise a refund will be issued.

I am not responsible for postal delays. I will always let you know if I cannot meet your time frames however the post office delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, if a item is returned to me it is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping to the correct address.

Any charges from customs are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned to me due to the buyer refusing the package at customs an automatic refund will be issues minus the shipping fee.

I generally am able to ship within 7-10 business days, however if the item is a custom request shipping may take longer. If you need rush shipping please also select rush my order add on.

All items will be shipped to the address entered when purchasing. If an item is sent to the address on file and it is returned to sender for any reason, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for shipping to a new address. Because all items are made to order, and because it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address, no refunds will be given for packages returned to me.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and I will replace the item, I will not refund unless a replacement is not available. Please send a message with a picture of your broken item.
