I placed an order on June 30th with a listed production time of 5-10 business days. It's currently July 29th and after deducting the 4th of July holiday it's been 20 business days, a full month. I contacted the seller to see what the hold up was. I received a response a few days later saying that things were crazy and my items were shipping "tomorrow." That was 5 days ago. We live in the same state so if that were true I would have the items by now. I click on the tracking number provided but its only showing that a label was created but the items have not yet been sent out. This is not the first order I've placed with this seller. I returned because I do like the bows. My first order was also sent out a little late (though not this late) with a message apologizing and saying my order had been "overlooked" Will not return.
