Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to ship?
During the majority of the year Physical products have an approximate 7-10 days processing time BEFORE they ship. We usually get products shipped before this time. Around major holidays these lead times are often increased to 10-18 days. Once shipped we don't have control over how fast items are delivered. But it usually takes about 4-6 days once shipped to arrive at the destination - though delays do happen.
Please be aware that COVID 19 has caused delays in shipping that are out of our control, we work with our local shipping agencies to get items out as quickly as possible but from time to time there may be further delays due to our facilities having outbreaks and being understaffed.
Can I copy or resell items?
None of our products are available for copying or resell. We hold the sole ownership for all designs, photographs, and patterns. Copying and sharing products in any manner are in violation of copyright law.
Do you offer custom and personalized orders?
Yes, we do accept personalized or custom orders on any of our mugs. All you need to do is to let us know your request via the messaging function on the order page BEFORE ORDERING.
A proof will be sent for approval before the design is finalized and the final product is made.
Please allow an additional 5 days for any order with Customizations requested.
How much does the customization cost?
It is totally free in case your customization is related to texts only or small adjustment.
We will calculate the cost and inform you of the added cost if your request is complicated or takes time for adjustment.
Can you rush my orders?
Because our products are made-to-order and printed on demand, we cannot "rush" order in the production phase.
Care instructions
All mugs are Microwave and Dishwasher Safe.
Our ceramic mugs are printed with a special sublimation process allowing the image to become a permanent part of the mug. The image will not peel off, chip, scratch or rub off.
Do you accept returns/ Exchanges or cancellations?
Returns are only accepted on a case by case basis and only if there is a problem with the item upon arrival. Buyer must pay for return shipping.
Return authorizations are required for proper processing via a conversation. Should you need to return your purchase, you will receive store credit in the amount of the original purchase, less the shipping.
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Customized items are final sale.
Digital/PDF files are final sale.
