Frequently asked questions
Delivery
Delivery usually takes 7-21 business days. We send your order to the USPS.
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, when your parcel left Ukraine- it becomes subject to your local post office.
Delays in delivery are also possible due to Covid and the workload of delivery services.
There is a variety of express delivery by UPS but the price will be 21-23$,
Delivery time 7 business days.
Changes in the product
For example, if you really need to replace one puzzle with another (the car on a giraffe) - we can do it for you! Just write a note to us, which changes do you want.
Gift wrapping and packaging
You can choose option of gift wrapping for your present. And add some special note for the child (or parents) for congratulations with Birthday or Holiday
Custom and personalized orders
Want to make your puzzle special? Each of them can be personalized with an individual engraving - a gift message on the back of a laser-engraved puzzle.
Any of our other products can be personalized by adding the child's name to the product.
Manufacturing
The production time is 3-5 working days.
Lead times may be lengthened during holidays, but we usually do our best to ship it faster.
Please note that we only prepare and ship on WORKING days from Monday to Friday. NOT including weekends.
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.
Demage and lost parcel
If the goods are delayed we do NOT influence the delivery services and in case of delay we return the money FOR DELIVERY that you paid.
And if you arenʼt satisfied with the product or the delivery time you can RETURN the product to us within 21 days.
Customs Fees
Clients from EU
For сlients from EU VAT (and customs) may be required to be collected on import from the buyer by the postal carrier.
From UK
Etsy will not collect VAT where the items being imported into the UK are valued at £135 or more.
From Germany
Etsy doesn't collect taxes on orders shipped to Germany. German buyers will be required to pay the VAT and/ or import taxes once they receive the package.
From Australia
Etsy will not collect GST where the total value of the package being imported into Australia is more than $1,000 AUD.
From Canada
Etsy will not collect GST/HST on orders shipped to Canada from outside Canada. Canadian buyers may be required to pay the GST/HST once they receive the package.
Ordering
For example Name Puzzle:
1. Choose the correct amount of letters in the baby's name (For example: 5 letters)
2. Decide do you want to add the Pegs or no: (5 letters WITH pegs)
3. Also You can add several additional options :
- An Engraved message
- A stand for the puzzle
- An Additional shape to the puzzle
4. Choose colors from the color scheme (1-10) or create your own with the colors from our pallet.
5. Final step: Add item in the cart and in the cart in "Order note" provide name and personalization.
What to do if the parcel is damaged or something is missing in the order?
Please make a photo-unpacking of your parcels (box, packaging, filling), and even better video.
If suddenly your parcel is damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong product or something disappeared from the parcel - just send us your photos and videos and we will solve this situation.
If everything is OK with the parcel - just enjoy it.
