The necklace is of poor quality =the first time I tried to wear it, it fell apart in 4 or 5 pieces.

Just the right length. The color is divine. The workmanship is stunning. Many Thanks!

Welcome! Please "Convo" me if you have any questions. I remember reading that line over and over when I first started shopping Etsy. Instinctively, I knew what it meant even if I didn't know exactly how to do it. So, if you are new and want the specifics, just click on the blue word "Conversations" at the top of the page, next click on "Start New Conversation," and then type ButchsBaubles (all one word) into the address box followed by the topic and your message. Presto, you have sent me an e-mail, which I will answer when I get home from my day job. Thank you for your interest in the baubles. I hope you will enjoy wearing them (or giving them as gifts) as much as I enjoy making them! Donna

Accepted payment methods

  • Money Order
  • Check
Payment
I accept PayPal, Money Order, or personal check. PayPal is preferred. Money Orders or checks must be received by me within 3 days, so please send me a note if that is your method of payment. I will send your purchase to you when the check clears. That may take as long as five days.

If you put an item in your cart and don't pay for it within 24 hours, it may be relisted. I want to accommodate my customers whenever possible, so if you have a problem or special circumstances, please let me know.
Shipping
Orders will go out by USPS within 3 days of purchase. Delivery confirmation will be required on most items. If you prefer to have the Post Office leave the package in your mail box rather than have you sign for it, please let me know. If your purchase is a gift, please send me the name and address of the recipient. If you want overnight delivery, insurance, UPS/FedEx delivery, or have other special needs, just convo me to determine the cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
Most of my baubles are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced if they are lost or damaged. But it doesn't seem fair for the buyer to suffer the loss, so here is what I propose. If an item is damaged during delivery, please let me know when it arrives. Then return it to me at your expense, and I will repair it or replace it with something similar. If you don't receive what you ordered in a reasonable time and I don't get delivery confirmation from the Post Office, your money will be refunded. As a general rule, I will not accept returns or make refunds. But sometimes there are special circumstances. I want you to like what you bought and come back often, so please convo me on the day you receive delivery if you have any problems or questions. We will do our best to work it out.

My top priority is pleasing my customers so they will keep coming back. If you have any problem with your order, please let me know before you leave negative or neutral feedback.
Additional policies and FAQs
No consignments, discounts or wholesale orders please.

Butch's Baubles are created in a smoke-free environment. A white cat lives here, so an occasional white hair may accompany an order. (I hope that doesn't happen, but you should know if you are highly allergic to felines.)

On my initial listings, I spent much time identifying things as silver-tone or gold-tone. Please note that from now on, "silver" and "gold" will be used to describe color unless modified (such as sterling silver, gold plated, etc.) The same is true of dyed or colored "pearls." They are faux pearls unless they are listed as freshwater or real pearls. Many (if not most) of my baubles feature various gemstones. I make every effort to identify them fully in the descriptions. If you have questions, please convo me. Thank you.
