At Butterflies n Dreams I handcraft items that are high quality, comfortable, fun and safe for your pet. I do not use embellishments such as buttons and bells for the safety of your pet.

Payment
I only accept PayPal. Payment is due at time of order. If payment is not received I reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation Policy.
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your payment has cleared.
Your cancellation request must be in before product is packaged and ready for shipment. If product is packaged and ready for shipment I will not be able to cancel your order. Custom orders can only be cancelled if production on product has not been started.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your payment has cleared. Most of my products are shipped USPS First Class Mail. If product cannot ship USPS First Class Mail it will be stated on the product listing. If you would like your product shipped priorty mail or overnight please contact me ahead of time and I will notify you of shipping cost for the service you request. I am not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping to you. If you would like to add shipping insurance please let me know ahead of time so I can let you know the cost for this service. I am not responsible if an incorrect mailing address is given to me.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS
I will accept returns 7 days after you have received your product. Please notify me immediately if you need to return your product and I will issue you a return authorization number. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost back to seller.
The product must be in its original condition when I receive it otherwise a refund will not be issued. Your PayPal account will be credited the amount you paid for item minus the shipping cost to you when I receive the returned product. I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping so if returned product is damaged in transit to me you will not receive a refund.
EXCHANGES
I will take product back for exchange within 7 days but the product must be in it's original condition and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost coming back to me and shipping cost to buyer for the replacement item. Please notify me immediately so that I can give you a return authorization number for the exchange. I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping so if returned product is damaged in transit to me you will not receive an exchange product. The product that will be the exchanged item will be shipped to you when I received the original product back from you.
