Paypal payment must be made within 2 days of purchase. If payment is by PayPal e-check, it will need to be cleared before shipment. We ship to confirmed Paypal addresses only. Full address must be written in English. Etsy and paypal addresses must both be current and match. For international orders, we are not responsible for any duties/taxes you need to pay in order to receive the item.
Shop policies and terms of sale are given in the the main body of the item listing. Each made-to-order item has a different creation time -- please be sure to read the listing for that specific item's creation and shipping/handling estimates prior to making a purchase. Estimated shipping time commences after creation and spans all the way to when it arrives to your shipping address, which takes into account everything that needs to be done to get it to your address after it is made. Please remember that all timeframes are given in full business days which means that the day of purchase is not included. Business days does not include weekends or holidays. If multiple items are purchased in a single order, buyer must wait for the longer of the timeframes to have all items shipped together. Seller reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
Since each item can take a different amount of time to make, please refer to the specific listing for creation times. Turnaround time does not commence until all relevant information has been received. After the made-to-order item is made and shipped, estimated delivery time within the US is 10-14 business days whereas estimated delivery time outside of the US is generally 10-30 business days (but can take up to 60 business days due to postal/customs delays). Please note that these turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially around mail holidays and in the peak of wedding season. Exact ship dates will not be given in advance, please order based on the estimated turnaround times. For rush orders and any customizations, arrangements must be made and cleared by the seller prior to making a purchase. For international orders, we are not responsible for any duties/taxes you need to pay in order to receive the item.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of these special occasion items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason. All sales are final. Variation and imperfection naturally occur in handmade items. Product must be kept dry. Oxidation is a natural process that occurs when metals are exposed to the elements. It is expected that metal components can tarnish through time. Items with metal components should be stored in a cool, dry place in a sealed container (ie. ziploc) with anti-tarnish strips to hinder the process. We are not responsible for any postal delays, misuse, mishandling, failures, thefts, losses, damage or customs problems. We inspect each package carefully before it is shipped, so we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. Buyers are responsible for contacting the seller prior to purchase for options of adding insurance to their order to insure packages in transit. When a postal service notice is left, buyer is responsible for claiming the package.
