I work daily in my shop. This is my full time job. So it is always my goal to get every order out the door ASAP. But the way my system works, I allow my shop to take orders daily and I will never take more orders than I can fill in a three week period. Even during the holidays, If it gets so that I cant fill them, I will close the shop until I catch up. So feel free to purchase knowing that the worst case on shipping is 3 weeks from the day you place your order. But again, I strive to go far faster than that. I just keep it 3 weeks so that everyone knows the worst case scenario.

We spend so much time trying to keep our star seller status with Etsy. So it is so very important to us that you leave a 5 star review. I do everything that I can to make your order process smooth. Once it leaves my hands, the post office has it and sometimes, no matter how much I bubble wrap something, it gets broken. When this happens, please don't just leave a bad review. I can't help you if you don't communicate with me. I need your 5 star review and I will do what I can to earn it. Great customer service is never about getting things right on the first try, though I do try. It's about fixing the stuff that goes wrong.

This is so so important. I can't tell you how many people will say, Oh that's smaller than expected in their review. I'm sorry, it says the size in the listing description. Please read that before your purchases so that you know exactly what you are buying. I have over 17,000 sales. I am not trying to trick anyone into purchasing anything. I would rather you read and know exactly what I am selling prior to your order so that when you get it, you love it, it is exactly what you expected and you leave us a 5 star review.

If something is broken, the wrong items were shipped or some other issue arrises, please contact me with Etsy messages ASAP once you get your package. Immediately we will work to fix the problem or address the situation. Just leaving a bad review is not a way to communicate. To be honest, I try to avoid even reading those because its a bit stressful. So connect with me directly if you have a problem.

Yes, Etsy has increased their fees again and the post office is charging way more for shipping. The entire economy is feeling an increase in pricing. We are no different. The cost to purchase crafting materials has risen and some of our prices will need to increase for this reason.

❤️ WE AREN'T CURRENTLY PROVIDING BULK OR ITEMS TO RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS ❤️
We are selling items handmade. We don't currently provide items to retail shops. It's just not what we do and we aren't interested in creating competition for ourselves with our products.

HOW DO I CARE FOR AND STORE MY ITEMS?

Please keep in mind that these items are all made for indoor use. You could use them for photos or props outside and then back inside when done but they are never meant to get wet !! They store best in the livable space of your home. Basements and Attics change temperature so much and have sweat and water issues so I’m not sure your toppers would last as long there as they will if kept dry in a drawer or space special just for them. I wrap mine in a paper towel and store them in a dry drawer in my dinning room and they have lasted for several years already.

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T GET IT

If your package says it was delivered and you don't see it, PLEASE call your post office and ask them immediately where your package is.

I have absolutely no control over packages once they have been scanned delivered you will need to call the USPS and ask them exactly where they left your items.

Check with your neighbors, Check the back porch, The front porch, Check with other members of your family to see if they picked it up, Wait two more days and see if it shows up.

Sometimes, a neighbor will get your items and return them to the carrier and then they are redelivered. Once you have waited, contacted the post office again. File a claim online with the USPS.

Do a police report if your item was stolen from your porch.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Each order is placed into a queue and will be filled by me NO SOONER THAN 2 weeks after placed. But most likely 3.

Each day there are a list of orders that were placed three weeks prior and need to be filled that day. So your order is in the lineup and most often will fill exactly 3 weeks from the date you placed the order.

Please know that as always, I will do everything in my power to get every order out as quickly as humanly possible.

This is my full time job so please always know that I am working ten hours a day on orders but I do ask everyone for the ⛔🕐🕐🕐 2-3 full weeks turnaround 🕟🕞🕛⛔ on every order before asking when will my order ship 🤷‍♀️

If you have a problem with your order and you do not contact me by private message here, ON ETSY messages before leaving a negative review, I can not help to fix your problem with the purchase and I cant know there even was a problem if you don't contact me to let me know.

Leaving a negative review as a means of communication with me makes no sense and I can't fix problems if you do not contact me.

Good customer service is not about everything always being perfect. It's about working to fix things when there are problems.

WILL YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, I am so sorry but I had a very unpleasant experience with international shipping and decided it wasn't worth it for the hassle that would occur when something was untraceable after leaving the states.

SOMETHING IS ON SALE AND I ALREADY PAID FULL PRICE A WEEK AGO? WILL YOU GIVE ME A REFUND OR WILL YOU TAKE LESS FOR YOUR ITEMS THAN YOU SHOW IN YOUR LISTINGS?

Absolutely not !!!

I price my items so that I make money on the selling of them. Sometimes another shop will copy my items and lower the price on it by a substantial amount hoping to take my sales. That is something I cant control unless Etsy removes their listing.

I have to make money in order to be in this space. This is my real job. I don't craft for a hobby. This is how I support my son and eat.

It's no different than a doctor or other trained or skilled laborer. I get paid for my time and creativity and I put so much of my life into this shop so that I can create products that you will love in your homes.

I don't price match!

DO YOU SELL REAL RAE DUNN IN YOUR SHOP?

I do not. I never sell real Rae Dunn on my site. I collect Rae Dunn Pottery and love it. I make items that I hope will compliment my collection and display nicely on my tiered trays with my collection.

If you see a piece of real Rae Dunn in my listing photos, it is only there to show how nicely my items will look along side those items. I DO NOT SELL REAL RAE DUNN.

Rae Dunn can be purchased retail from HomeGoods, Marshalls and TJ Maxx.

Do you offer free shipping?

We will be phasing out the free shipping option. Major companies don't offer it and we are much smaller and work far harder for each penny we make. I just can't continue to work and such a huge amount of the sale goes to shipping. I thank you for your understanding.
