All domestic purchases ship via USPS First Class Mail within 3 business days of cleared payment (does not include weekends & holidays). First Class Mail is the cheapest way to ship and does NOT include tracking. SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA
All purchases outside the USA ship once per week via USPS International First Class Mail - tracking not included. If you would like to upgrade your shipping options to include tracking, please contact me for a quote before going through check-out.
PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by their country. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. All customs paperwork will be marked "merchandise" with full value declared.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges will be accepted at seller’s discretion and only in cases where item was grossly misrepresented (which isn't going to happen). Exchanges must be made within 7 days, and item(s) returned in same condition as received. Buyer pays return shipping fees.

I spend a lot of time photographing my buttons, most of which are taken in natural bright light. When you receive your buttons, I hope you see the beauty in them that I see, and try to capture in my photos. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please contact me so we can work out a solution. Communication is the key! I'm easy-going and grateful for every sale I make. Therefore, I truly want each of my customers to be happy with their purchase.
