Information I Collect:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me ), such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, payment information, and details of the product that you're ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I need your information and how I use it:
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information including:
>as needed to provide my services, such as as when I use your information to fulfill your order, or to provide customer support, or settle disputes.
>if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or n connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.
>as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests. Use your information to provide the services you requested and to comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use as my obligations require.

>Service providers the United States Postal Service and other trusted delivery providers only to the extent necessary for them to provide those services.

Data Retention:
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services as described in my privacy policy. However I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for 4 years.

Transfers of Personal information outside of the EU. "ButtonsNDesigns" is a USA based Etsy store.
I may store and process your information through third party cloud services. I use the Apple Cloud for storage if needed.

Your rights:
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

unsolicited information. I use your information only to execute the order that you have placed with ButtonsNDesigns.
>Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you my have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
