1 out of 5 starsI placed this order back on 3/28/15. The automated email states that it can take up to two weeks for the product to be created and shipped. Perfectly understandable conditions given the custom nature of this order. I then waited until past the 2 week point and contacted the seller on 3/15/15 & I received no response. I then waited an additional 2 days and tried again. Again no response. Almost a month later I had to open a case with PayPal for no response to my inquiries and then I get a response the same day. I can understand being over booked it taking a long time to create these items because of their custom nature. What I don't understand is the lack of communication. That is very unprofessional & I would NEVER consider ordering from this seller again. Highly disappointing as this was for my wedding day.

What once was the perfect box to hold the ring I proposed with and planned on using for my wedding is now the single negative and disappointing things that could have happened. I ordered over a month ago..was scheduled to ship March 31st and I have written/contacted every facet of communication I could because this is the single most important day of my life...and BUXOMBONES did not deliver...they haven't even given me a reason they ruined something I have wanted for this day for over a year. Make this right BUXOMBONES.. You are a business and have disappointed a customer with LOTS AND LOTS OF FRIENDS ANDROID SOCIAL MEDIA CONTACTS. I was looking to share You with My circle...now You will just be another let down and forgotten. Things like this give ETSY a bad name!
