My name is Katie. I am a business owner, wife, mom. nature addict, craft lover and photography enthusiast. I am designing and adding new home art printables and business forms all the time so check back often! Please favorite my shop too.

I have managed a successful virtual assistant business since 2008. Through my experience as a business owner, and through my busy days managing projects for clients, I have become a subject matter expert in a variety of administrative and marketing functions.

I have been approached by many aspiring virtual assistants over the years for advice. Drawing on what worked and what didn't work I was able to draft a streamlined approach to setting up a virtual assistant business and decided to share copies of the day-to-day virtual assistant templates and client forms that I use to run Effective Virtual Assistance, LLC.

In addition to the business forms, I have been tasked with creating content for social media and websites for multiple clients, along with developing graphics and posts for my own small businesses, therefore began to include art printables in my shop.

I spend as much time in nature as I can. My nature printables and home decor prints are on a backdrop of my own photos. As a native New Englander, I was fortunate to spend my childhood enjoying the ocean, lakes and mountains. Every time I go back home, I can honestly say the air is just different - fresh and rejuvenating. The backdrop of New England towns provides incredible photo ops. I now live in Virginia, and between the trails and the nearby farm country, I have plenty of incredible scenery to appreciate and capture here as well.
