How Do I Download My Files?
As soon as your payment is complete (normally takes just a few moments) you simply go to "YOU" then "PURCHASES and REVIEWS" and there you will be able to download your files by clicking on the DOWNLOAD FILES button.

How do I turn the image to #x#?
This is between you and your printer if you're printing at home. Printing smaller than the file size will mean a higher resolution image. You'll be able to select if it has a border or not as well. Walmart/Target/ and other stores are able to resize and print to your specifications or you could use an online service.
Why do I see the same painting in multiple listings?
I sell certain paintings as digital downloads, prints, and/or phone cases.

No problem! Send me a message with the image you would like and I will make a listing for your phone case.
Do you paint directly on the phone cases?
No. These are separate paintings. I work with a print company to get them directly on the selected phone cases. It allows for more permanence and a cheaper price.
What are the shipping times on prints?
From the time of order, allow 1-3 days for processing and up to 7 days after for shipping to domestic addresses. For international orders please allow up to 3 weeks for complete shipment.
