2 out of 5 starsThe good: beautiful faucets The bad: their site states they are from the US and they are not. Shipping was late and parts were missing. Got 2 unexpected bills ($45)from FedEx for customs but again they are shown as a US company??. Company couldn’t reimburse me unless I provided my banking information which I did not feel comfortable doing after all the hassle and misinformation.i ordered 2 of the faucets and the next week, they went on sale but they wouldn’t honor the sale price for me. They said they would give me a discount on my next order-that will never happen after the experience.

Please note that this specific faucet is made of real unlacquered brass/bronze and is custom-made to order. Because of the handcrafted process, this model is produced and shipped directly from our workshop in Morocco rather than stocked in our US warehouse. We always do our best to support our customers and resolve any issues regarding shipping, missing parts, or customs charges as quickly as possible.
