As always, Emma makes the most exquisite, and amazing work with her beautiful cases :) This is the 3rd one that my twin sis & I order, and we will definitely order more from her beautiful shop. So, if you love your iPhone as much as my twin sis and I, you should definitely check out this shop :) You won't regret it! Thanks again so much for your work!!! <3

This was originally my cover case for my iPhone... a good friend of my sister and me saw it, and immediately fell in love with it :) so, for her upcoming birthday, my twin sis and I have decided to give this to her as a present. She got it today, and is absolutely SO happy! Thanks again soooooo much for your outstanding work :)

Shop policies

I put a lot of effort into my work, and my aim is for each and everyone of my customers to be satisfied with their purchase. I put a lot of work in the details of my products and I will not ship an item that I would not be happy with, or not want to use, myself.

Please take a moment to read my shop policies below!

Accepted payment methods

I accept payments through Paypal only. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay by credit card through Paypal. Just hit the "Pay by Credit Card" button after going to Paypal.

Payments received via "Echeck" through Paypal will not be shipped until payment clears, usually 3-8 business days after the transaction.

Please note that custom duties, taxes and other cost associated to receiving the shipment in your country, is customer responsibility.
Please allow up to 6 - 7 business days for your item/s to ship. This is since I make your item when ordered (and have a full time job besides this shop!).

If however you purchase an item as a gift or for a special occasion, and need it fast, please let me know in the "Message To Seller" section and I will do my best to meet your needs!

Is the item a gift? I'm happy to include a personalized message at no extra charge, just let me know in the "Message To Seller" section at "Check Out".

I always ship to your address registered on Etsy, not Paypal. If you want an item shipped to the Paypal address, make sure it matches the one written in the Etsy "Check Out".

Please note, I can not be responsible for items once they are left at the post office unless you purchase insurance. If for some odd reason, your item should not show up, please contact me and we will work something out.
Refunds and Exchanges
My aim is of course for you to be happy with your purchase! If not so please contact me immediately via the "Conversations" feature to give me the opportunity to work something out with you. I am glad to be at help with just about anything that might come up.

Your item can be returned in unused condition within 2 weeks of receiving the item for exchange or refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact me before returning any items.
Additional policies and FAQs
IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding my iPhone/iPad sleeves/pouches/cases: If you don´t enclose information about what kind of device you are ordering the sleeve or case for, or whether you use a hard case, bumper or a smart cover for your darling, in the Message To Seller section, or via the Conversations feature, I will ship a sleeve/pouch made for the iPhone model pictured in the description pictures, without hard case or bumper. For iPad cases I will ship a case made to fit iPad 2 without a smart cover. The models differs in sizes, this is why it is important that this information is included, so that I can meet YOUR exact NEEDS! Thank you!
