Hello and welcome to my shop! Grab your coffee, put your feet up, and spend some time browsing my little store.

I am Marti and I live in Cincinnati, OH. I've been crocheting since grade school, but got serious about it when I was in high school, enjoying making handmade gifts for family and friends. New babies, holidays, birthdays, whatever the celebration I tried to provide a creation. I know that handmade gifts are the most loved by those who receive them.

Over the years people have told me I needed to sell my items, but finding time was difficult with raising kids and working full time. Now, those babies have grown and have babies of their own, and I have more time to be a"hooker". After work I can be found sitting in the family room, watching TV or enjoying the fire place and crocheting things, many of which will now be in my shop. Crocheting is a passion for me, and making things brings me great joy.

My daughter, Liesl, shares my love of crocheting and contributes items to the shop as she is able. A busy, stay-at-home mom of 3 boys, 'hooking' is her favorite "me time" during naps each day.

I hope you will stop by frequently, as I try to add something at least once a week. Like the shop Facebook page ( for updates on new releases as well as specials/coupons!

Hooking it in love,

  • Marti

Marti is first a mom, to 2 adult children. Second she is Nana to 5 amazing grandkids, and then she is a Nurse Aide, caring for our elderly in long term care and assisted living. Crocheting has always been a form of therapy for her, so turning her love of yarn into a business was a natural step.

  • Liesl

Liesl is Marti's daughter, and an avid crochet addict herself. She learned how to crochet at a very young age and perfected her work in her teen years. Now a stay at home mom of 3 boys, she is turning her hobby into pocket money.
