If you are not 100% satisfied with my jewelry you may return it in the original condition for a part refund that deduct $50 include both shipping and labor fee.
To receive a refund, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be insured when shipped and in original packaging.

If you want to cancel order before I do not dealt it,you could receive a full refund.But if not,,A full refund less the labor fees.(It has be started when I sent you message to get a phone number)

All my jewelry is made to order unless it is otherwise stated. All stones are hand set and completed within 12-18 days.

I ship USPS insured priority mail. This ipackages are placed in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for the time in which it takes to receive your package. It usually takes 2-3 business days to receive packages and all packages have tracking information.
