Thanks for visiting my shop. Candy Crafts is your stop for freshly made chocolate treats.

Chocolates available are milk, dark, white, red, blue, pink, yellow, peach, green or lavender. White chocolate can be made into any color, please contact if you would like a shade of chocolate which was not previously listed. Any item listed in the store can be purchased in additional quantities, Please contact me for any additional orders. Additional quantities will take longer to process and ship. Please be advised that confections listed here were created in a work place that also processes peanuts and other tree nuts.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the item, Candy Crafts is not responsible for any damage that occur during shipping, warm and hot weather. Every effort is made to ship and package products to prevent damages, for this reason there are no returns for damage items. There are no refunds given for any items after they are purchased and shipped. Cancellation of orders placed must occur within 24 hours. The items that are being sold are edible and once they leave us and are in the hands of the consumer they cannot be returned. CandyCrafts is not responsible for goods damaged in transit or due to weather, due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery, or due to product being left outdoors in warm temperatures.

Payment
All payment should by made by US dollar via Paypal.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped by USPS priority mail. If you would like to have a tracking number please indicate this at the time of ordering. The charge for a tracking number is $. 70. If you reside in warm weather, please add ice packs to your purchase . The rule of thumb in ordering ice packs, is that 1 ice pack should chill 12 pieces. Please contact me , if you would like to upgrade to express shipping at an additional cost. Order will be shipped according to dates specified in etsy shipping notes. If orders are needed in sooner, please convo me prior to making a purchase. Any orders purchased, without commitment of a specific shipping date agreed upon with the selling and buyer, will not ship until date indicated by etsy. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED. It is recommended that during warm weather customers upgrade for express. Large orders may require additional shipping time.
