I have waited for five weeks and yet to receive the item!

order 21 Sep I ship 23 Sep ( I ship with in 3 days ) the tracking is show item get in your country on 7th OCT it not my fault I can not control your post office at your country . so I don't know what happed to take so long to get item. Hi everyone welcome to Candylemon shop, I love all vintage dolls and toys especially from the 60’s.



Please read my shop policies first before contacting me, thank you kindly.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept Paypal only. All payments are to be made immediately upon checkout through Paypal. Please do not add the item to your cart and submit the order without paying through Paypal, should this occur your order will be cancelled.
Shipping
I will ship using whichever method you choose and I will happily combine postage. If your postage ends up being less than what you paid I will refund the difference through to your PayPal account. If you choose shipping methods that have no tracking or insurance you do so at your own risk. Once an item is posted it is out of my hands, I pack well to ensure that your item is well protected.



Delivery times do vary especially for international orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept refunds or exchanges on any of my items as they are all vintage and the condition of the item is explained in the description. If you have additional questions about an item please ask before buying!

Items that are damaged in the post are non-refundable as this out of my hands, I pack my items very well to prevent breakage of any sort. If you are worried please request insurance to cover your item/s.
Additional policies and FAQs
New member or new buyer who never buy anyitem from my shop . I am happy to reserve item/s for you however any more than 7 days and I will require a 10% deposit which is non-refundable should you change your mind.
