Welcome to the CARO Interiors Etsy shop!

This home decor shop specializes in what my clients love most about my interior designs: unique, affordable and comfortable living. Good customer service is also hallmark of my business practices.

All of my shop items are handmade or vintage and described as accurately as possible. You are also welcome to CONVO with me if you have any questions about a particular item.

I am committed to providing you with excellent customer service. If there is an issue, please contact me before leaving negative feedback so we can resolve it. I will happily work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

Please contact me within one week of receiving your item(s) for a refund or exchange, minus the original shipping costs. Shipping charges can not be refunded.

Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent.
I accept Paypal payments only at this time.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account."

If payment is not received by Paypal within 3 business days, the sale will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

Maryland sales tax will be applied to all items shipped within MD.
Items will not ship until payment, in full, is received.

All orders are shipped via the US Post Office. Most items purchased will be shipped within 3 business days of the receipt of payment, with the possible exception of business days when the US Post Office is closed for Federal holidays.

I ship all orders to your Pay Pal account address unless requested differently. Please confirm your correct address.

I cannot be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses (as entered by you into Paypal) or for items that are not delivered because of refusal or inability to accept the delivery or claim such packages at the Post Office, or refusal to pay customs fees.

All domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail, with a shipping time estimate of 3-5 days. Domestic orders will also include free delivery confirmation. Insurance and quicker shipping methods will incur additional charges but will be provided upon request.

All international orders weighing up to 4 lbs. are shipped via International First Class, with a shipping time estimate of 10-14 days.

All international orders weighing 4 lbs. and over are shipped Priority International, with a shipping time estimate of 7-10 days.

Items being held in customs may cause extended delays of up to a month or more.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. I will not lie on customs forms, even to mask the details of a gift. (Sorry.)

I cannot be responsible for lost international packages. I reserve the right to refuse to ship to countries with extended histories of losing shipments and/or ongoing civil unrest.

All pieces are created by hand, that’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what may be shown in the photos.

I create very limited quantities of most of my items. However, if you see something you like in the "Sold" section that has not been re-listed, please CONVO me. This especially applies to any seasonal decor.

Customer service is very important to me! Once you receive your purchase and you love it, please leave me positive feedback. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send me a CONVO and I will do what I can to make it right.
