Our jewelry incorporates the uniqueness and secrecy of Morse code into simple and timeless designs to create one-of-a-kind pieces of art that express meanings. Each piece is encrypted with a word or message that has a special meaning for the two of you, or simply for yourself - something to remember, inspire, or celebrate. Secretly wear words of inspiration with you at all times. Everyone else sees it as a unique piece of jewelry, yet only you know the true meaning of what you wear.

At CA Souls, we help you to create a memorable gifting experience. By incorporating Morse code into our simple designs, we allow you to personalize messages that express a personal sentiment.

We are not just a jewelry maker but an ambassador. We believe in authentic human connections. But we know some feelings are so intimate and they can be hard to say in words. Your item will be shipped within 3 business days.

RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order rushed, please make sure to message us via Etsy or email us at hello [!at] casouls.com once you have placed the order for priority or express upgrade shipping invoice. If not, your order will be shipped with USPS First class, which will take up to 7 business days to arrive. Please note the date you need it by so we can work to make it happen, or contact you if it’s cutting it too close and discuss options.

USA

STANDARD SHIPPING - with USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL
All our packages are shipping via USPS First Class with a tracking number. Transit time is about 3-7 business days. This does NOT include production time, usually up to 3 business days.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL
Priority Shipping takes 2-3 business days within the USA and is an EXTRA $3.00. Priority Shipping is NOT guaranteed. The only guaranteed option is Express at this time.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL
Priority Shipping takes 1-2 business days within the USA and is an EXTRA $17.00. You will have the option to choose your shipping method in the drop-down menu when you check out. Express delivery is guaranteed by USPS or your money back.

INTERNATIONAL

WE SHIP WORLD WIDE!

International shipping times are varied by countries, we don't have enough control over delivery times to know when packages will arrive.

We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that I have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.

Your order is shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package standing still at a major US port, but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and getting closer to you!
Refunds and Exchanges
All returns are shipped at the expense of the buyer.

We accept unworn/unpersonalized returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:
- Returns are NOT accepted on personalized pieces, unless we made an error.
- For custom orders, returns are handled on an item-by-item basis.
- Earrings are non-returnable.

- Please pack the item carefully in the original packaging.
- Returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks.

For returns, we refund the purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee.
We do NOT refund shipping costs.

EXCHANGES:

INCORRECT LENGTH
- If you didn’t order the correct length, you can send it back to us and we will adjust it for you here in the studio.
- We charge a “re-work” fee of $3 for each item we have to adjust.

FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM
- We accept unworn/unpersonalized exchanges on orders within 14 days of when your package was delivered.
- Standard shipping rates apply.

JEWELRY REPAIR:
We appreciate the beauty of dainty jewelry and also understand how delicate it can be. We have you covered if anything happens to your piece. Please contact us via Etsy Convo or email at hello [!at] casouls.com to initiate a repair request.

• Within 30 days of arrival date: shipping expense and repair cost are on us.

• Within 31 - 60 days: repair cost is free. Customer will be responsible for shipping both ways which is $6 for domestic orders.

• After 60 days: we charge $6 per item to repair. Customer will be responsible for shipping both ways

For a longer message, it all depends on the pieces' design. Most of the time, we can always find or custom a design that would accommodate your request. Please send us a convo regarding the message request and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
