Meet Charmaine...beach-loving artist, photographer, and jewelry designer
CBoggsArt is one more chapter in my artistic story. I've been creating art since I was a young school girl with a passion for Nancy Drew mysteries, the Beatles, and arts and crafts. I took every possible high school art class, minored in art as an undergrad, and eventually earned a masters' degree in Visual Arts Education. In 2017, I finally retired after a forty year career in elementary and middle school education, but I'm not ready for a rocking chair! I'm excited to be able to spend every day doing what I love most...drawing, painting, photography, and designing jewelry...with frequent visits with my sports-loving grandsons.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE WORK BEGINS.
ANY ORDER THAT INCLUDES NAMES OR NUMBERS IS CONSIDERED A PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM ORDER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
I cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders once I have begun creating your order. Please be sure that all your information (color choices and sizes) has been entered accurately before submitting your custom order. If I have any questions about your order, I will contact you by email to clarify your request.
I WILL ONLY ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS FOR CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. A CUSTOM ORDER REQUIRES SPECIAL MATERIALS AND TIME TO CREATE. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE CLEARLY NOTED ON ALL RELEVANT LISTINGS.
SIZING DETAILS
Every listing includes information about the sizing of the items. Please take the time to measure carefully, especially when placing custom orders.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Your artwork will arrive carefully packaged for safe delivery.
Original artwork and fine art prints can be damaged by exposure to water and sunlight. When framing artwork, use good quality glass or acrylic with UV coating, if available.
Hang the artwork away from areas that are exposed to bright sunlight, heat (fireplace, etc.), or water.
PACKAGING FOR SHIPMENT
Your artwork will arrive securely wrapped and in a USPS approved shipping container. Unmatted work in larger sized may be rolled and mailed in a tube mailer. Matted work will be sandwiched between cardboard and wrapped with bubble wrap before being placed in a cardboard mailing envelope or box.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are filled in the order in which they are received. Expect 1-2 weeks processing time for a custom order in addition to the 3-5 business days for shipping. If you need expedited service, please contact me at the time the order is placed and I will contact you to make the necessary arrangements for expedited shipping at an additional cost to you.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and there is NO CUSTOMIZATION involved, I will refund your purchase price upon receipt of the item, LESS A RESTOCKING FEE OF $10.00.
*THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING THE RETURNED ITEM.
*PLEASE EMAIL CHARMAINE@CBOGGSART.COM TO LET ME KNOW TO EXPECT THE PACKAGE AND THE REASON FOR THE RETURN.
*THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND IN GOOD CONDITION. I WILL ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE COST OF THE ITEM, LESS A RESTOCKING FEE OF $10.00, AS SOON AS IT IS RECEIVED BY ME.
