    This item is beautiful. Well crafted and luxurious looking. Chris and Cristen were super to work with. They responded so quickly to my questions and did everything possible to make me comfortable with my purchase. This was for my daughter in law who is a hairdresser and they even said they would load the bag with similar items to see if it would work for her. Awesome! A personal note was included which showed what pride they have in their products.
