What is the correct monogram format?
• Traditional Monogram Initial order is as follows: FIRST Name, LAST Name, MIDDLE Name.
Example: Mary Louise Jenkins would be MJL
• Couple Monogram: Bride's First Name, Couples Last Name, Groom's First Name.
Example: Jack and Sally Phillips would be SPJ
• Men's Monogram: (Most Common)
FIRST Name, MIDDLE Name, LAST Name
Example: Michael Anthony Peterson would be MAP
Hyphenated Last Names:
• Single Person Monogram:

Yes!, Most items can be personalized with whatever saying you want (as long as it fits). Please contact me and we can work out the details.
Hanky care instructions
The hankies are brand new and can directly be used for gifting. While I don't suggest the hankies to be washed prior to gifting (to save yourself some work of having to iron and fold them again), if you have to wash it before or after use, hand wash or delicate wash is preferable due to the fragility of the lace edge. After leaving the hanky to dry, there will be wrinkles; so you can iron them on 'low heat' from the back (not directly on the print).
Can I cancel or return my personalized item?
Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned or canceled once they have been made. However, if there is an issue with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I see a proof of my personalized item before it is made?
We do not typically provide proofs before making your item unless requested, but we will confirm all personalization details with you before starting on your order if we have any questions. If you have any concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
