FAQ - Can I choose the one I like in the pictures of listing or I get the random one?

Our products mostly made from Hill tribe vintage fabric and their culture patterns, In each lots of production patterns of embroidering,fabric colors,Pompoms colors,tassels colors and textures will be different.

If you want to choose the one you like in pictures, please convo us to see if it is still available for you, If not we will find similar one to meet your desire.

- Why do I got RANDOM one?
If you did not tell us which color you prefer or which one you like to have,We will assume that you can get whichever that available in our stock. To prevent to receive order that you do not care for PLEASE CONTACT US if you have anything you would prefer in your mind.

We love running this little shop and we love our customers the most. So if you have any questions, concerns, problems, custom order, etc. we want to hear from you, please message us.

If you've had a shipping problem or received an item you are not happy for, no problem, lets chat.

FAQ - Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Refunds – Yes, reasonable refund.
Exchanges - Yes

Refunds are easy. If you buy something, we gift you 30 days, no questions asked, to contact us, inform us you'd like to return an item. Then you just need to ship it back to us.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we receive the item back to us (in its original condition), we will gladly give you a refund, less the original shipping.

We accept exchanges. subject to availability, after we receive the item back in good and unused condition.

FAQ - TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

We use an international tracking number, which is quite useful once you know how to use it. Let's use shipping to the United States for an example.

We ship using Thailand Post but your parcel will be delivered to you using USPS. So the tracking number we send you, works on both of these companies websites and from our experience the delivering service, USPS in this sample, will provide the most accurate tracking information.

Presently, we only accept PayPal payments. Note that you can use your credit card to pay through PayPal.

Your SHIPPING ADDRESS must match your Paypal ADDRESS. We will only ship to the Paypal address, no exceptions.

ADDITIONAL NOTE TO BUYERS
If you live in a remote part of the world, that doesn't have a reliable delivery service with signature confirmation, please contact us before purchasing. We will gladly try and work with you to make the transaction happen. We like to insure orders with values greater than $100 US dollars. If we can not insure your order or find a reliable delivery service, we might have to void the transaction, refunding your money.

We know customer don't like it when parcels get lost, and neither do we.
